Fashion | Something new + Personal update

Yes, I'm still alive (for the ones who were worried about me,lol)! But I have a lot of explaining to do. Let me start by saying why I was MIA for so long. This time it wasn't just little 'bloggers dip', it was a bigger issue (don't know if I can call it an issue tho). I took a lot of pictures and even editting wasn't the problem. But every time I sat behind my laptop, NOTHING came out of my little hands. My inspiration was blocked, totally blocked. Not even a word! Then I was thinking; why not post the outfits without text? So I started selecting photos. The second issue occured. I was not pleased with what I saw, I looked fat. There goes my self esteem! This might sound drastic/dramatic but as a blogger, you really need to be pleased with how you look. No, we are not narcissistic but if you haved to look at your pictures/body multiple hours a day, you need to be happy. I guess I wasn't anymore so the photos didn't make the cut. After struggling a lot, I finally wanted to shoot again and my inspiration came back, thank God! But the latest issue popped out; my exams.. Man, I had no life for almost 3 weeks. So happy that Monday was my last one, which means..BACK TO BLOGGING! I never realised that I would miss it so hard. But I took a break and it felt good. I'm sorry if I let my readers down for not posting, but I will make it up to you. How?

I AM | Fashion - The classics

Did you guys miss me? [Putting my angel-face on] I hope you did, lol! Let me explain why I was MIA for a whole week. Actually I don't even have a reason, I just wanted to relax for a week without thinking about pictures, photoshop, outfits and all the other stuff that are time consuming for a blog. Not that I don't like all that, it keeps me busy. I can put all my stress into writing and editing. In the hope that y'all can see the result. Anyways, enough about my absence more about the outfit now. As usual an all black outfit with an all-time classic item, yes the converse all stars. These shoes are just life! You can wear them with whatever you want. Isn't that awsomeeee? Yaaaas! Oh, and I actually lied a bit, it's not an all black outfit cuz well a little leopard never harmed anyone. [insert flirt-emoji]

I'm wearing my new pair of sunglasses from Polette with a little hint of leopard. But where's the sun at tho? Hello, if you're reading this.. PLEASE come back!

I AM | Fashion - Black flower

Here it is! The 'black flower blouse'-outfit. It's a simpel outfit but still has that something extra because of the flowerprint. And of course my beloved lace-up shoes. Man, how I love these shoes but they are sooo painfull. Can't walk on them for longer than a half day. Extra pair of shoes is required! Which means a bigger bag. Oh yeah, I almost forgot! Meet the new Celine bag. Well actually, it's my sister's bag. You know what they say, sharing is caring!

I AM | Fashion - Back to basics

Oops, there went something wrong with planning in my post for today. Sorry about that. But I couldn't keep this outfit to myself. What do you get when you put all your basics together in one outfit? Right, the perfect everyday outfit. Which you can easily put on to work, to school or even to a party. That's right! Get yourself some good basic items like a leather jacket, a pair of courtheels, a white shirt and a pair of black jeans. And to spice it up; a little a bit of lace and a red lipstick.

I AM | Fashion - Sleek

Here it finally is! The outfit, it has this sleek, layed back vibe. Just how I like it. Whenever I get the chance to wear my sunnies, those babies are on my nose for sure! I bought them last summer in Primark Eindhoven. Another great find are these pants. I found them in a thriftstore for like no money (I don't even remember how cheap they were). I wouldn't be 'I AM YASS' if I didn't put any edge in my outfit. The heavy silver necklace does the job.

Whoaa, seems like I've been away for ageees. Just kidding, I know I've been off for a few days but my Macbook just shot down and I couldn't get him (or is it her) alive again. I AM | Fashion - Wrap it up!

Oh my! It was pretty warm yesterday, or was it just me? Perfect day to wear my leather jacket in combination with my blanket cape. Oh and don't forget this stunning piece around my neck from Love & Harmony. She had a very cool 'Boho sale' yesterday with a sweet Henna artist. I kept my outfit pretty simple, with my beloved black, ripped jeans and a black top. Nothing more, nothing less. Just how I like it.

I AM | Fashion - Camel vibes

Bonjour loves!

I got the whole outfit for you today. After a month of stressing, I finally found some time to breath. Now I have to focuss on the upcoming shoot for Aya Lifestyle Magazine. That's going to be fun! I love doing shoots. This time I wouldn't be modelling but I will style my two beautiful models. Can't wait!

About the outfit, I'm wearing my DIY Clutch together with my camel coat. This outfit wouldn't be me without some edgyness. Ripped jeans and Dr. Martens? Perfect combo!

I AM | Fashion - Dark winter

Hello sweeties!

I finally had the time to take some outfit shots. It was not that cold actually. So I could put my beloved leather jacket on. Oh, did you notice the little beauty hanging on my shoulder? Yes, I got a Chanel boy bag as an early birthday present from my parents. (THANK YOU!)

I'm also wearing my Sonia Rykiel diamond sweater. I just love all the diamonds that sparkle in the sunshine.

I'm here again with a new outfit post. I bought this scuba cropped sweater this summer and I totally forgot about it. Until today! It was too cold to wear it as a cropped top that's why I added the T-shirt. Now we don't have to say goodbye to our cropped collection. *Win*

When did it get so cold out here? Luckily I've bought this warm, heavy knitted scarf from Essentiel on time. I love pairing it with other grey items. I think that I can't live without my leather jacket.

I AM | Fashion - The Blue Bomber

Hi loves!

I rediscovered this bomberjacket when I was cleaning out my closet. And I'm happy I did! It just fit so well with a pair of heels and black skinny jeans. The jeans are a new addition to my collection. I don't know why but I just can't have enough.

I am | Fashion - Not so mommy anymore

Howdy sweet readers!

As you saw Tuesday I said goodbye to my Momjeans, but don't worry I only gave it a make-over. I'm so happy about the result that I had to share an outfit with it. I was freazing my hands off when these pictures where taken but thanks to my Inwear coat, I managed to play it cool during the shoot. The furry beanie is also my warm friend, it's so soft and fluffy! I kept the rest of the outfit very simple. You can never go wrong with a little sheer, right?

Today I went shopping with my love Radia, but unfortunately we didn't found the perfect dress for her event. Hope she does find one before Sunday because then it's her party. I'm soooo excited and I hope to meet a few of my readers.

About today's outfit. I put on my sneaker wedges that I have never worn before. I don't even know why. This jeans, I don't know if I can call it a boyfriend jeans or just a loose fitted jeans. You tell me!

I bought these pants in the winter sale (remember the shoplog I did?) back then I still didn't know how to style them but they were so cheap that I couldn't let them. Now I found out how to style them. This one is more relaxed/chilled out look. The Vans give the pants a sporty touch, while the blazer keeps this look feminin. Just the way I like it!

Outfit post // High, higher, highest

Hi loves!

I'm here again with a new outfit. Yesterday I went to a local thriftstore and oh yes, BINGO! Scored some lovely items. Two of them I'm wearing in this outfit post and an other one will come soon. I love shopping on a budget, that's kinda my purpose (the reason why I'm blogging), to show you guys that you can buy lovely items for like 'no money'. I hope I inspire you guys to go and visit your local thriftstore more often. You never know what you will find and that's kind of what I like about going to a thriftstore. The feeling after you scored a beautiful piece is verrrrry pleasing. One big tip, if you go, look for pieces that you can style and maybe can restyle. It's always fun to wear an item that you have DIY'ed.

For me it was a lazy Saturday instead of a lazy Sunday. I was going to do my hair but pff I was too lazy (and I have so much hair). But for an outfit I will get out of my bed (and often the inspiration comes when I'm lying in my sweet, warm bed).
