LIFESTYLE | What's in the goodiebag?

Another 'What's in the goodiebag?' post for you guys. This time a very sporty and full goodiebag or shall I say Backpack. Yes this time the bag was really a backpack from Burton. How cool is that? To clear things up for you guys, I was invited for e presslunch at Motions showroom. They have cool, sporty brands like Burton, Mizu and Glide Soul. It gave me an instant feeling to go on a surfcation. Let me tell you about what is in the goodiebag. A lot of lookbooks, of course. But that not it! We got a fisheye-lens for smartphones, a drink tube to keep your drinks cool during summer, a waterbottle and a hat. Jep, we got a little spoiled. Thank you Feinest Labels for inviting me!

I AM | Lifestyle - What's in the goodiebag?

Always wondering what is in the goodiebags all those bloggers get after they visited an event? Yeah, well me too! So I was thinking like, why not try to share a 'what is in the goodiebag?'-post after each event. (Not that I go to tons of events tho). Anyways, this time an inside look of the goodiebag I received from my last event. As you can see it was filled with a pretty, high quality note book. Ideal for those blog inspiration moments.  A mirror to check up on your make-up during the day, essentiel in your handbag! An USB-card, which I think is the best invention ever, now I always have an USB in my wallet for whenever I need it. And last but deffoo not least this little suprise box. I'm not going to tell you just yet what is in the box, you will see that soon enough on the blog!

I AM | Lifestyle - Behind the scenes of ALM's shoot

Oh waauw! I can't wait for the next issue to come out when I look at these behind the scene pictures!
It was such a succesfull shoot,we shot two different themes/styles. I seriously want to thank the whole crew, from my models to my photographer to my mua! 
You guys ROCK!

I AM | Lifestyle - Preparations photoshoot

What a busy busy weekend I had!
Friday I was drowning in the preparations of Saturday's shoot for the next Aya Lifestyle edition. Has to use items from Supertrash, March 23 and Eleven Paris. Very cool huh?
For the accessories I reached out to my friend Ghislaine, founder/owner of Love & Harmony. She has gorgeous jewelery! Before the shoot I always go through some magazines for inspo.

 Yesterday, the shoot went really well! I'm so curious about the result. Tomorrow I will give you guys a little sneak peek/behind the scenes.

I AM | Lifestyle - Little update

Hi loves!

I was a little MIA this weekend. I'm sorry for that! I wanted to share a little update on what kept me so busy this weekend. First of all, I celebrated my birthday on Friday with my BF. We went to Antwerp to have a cozy lunch together. After that I had a birthday party of a friend that is born on the same day. It was a fun party. On saturday I had an early meeting in Brussels. Very productive meeting with the Aya-team! We already have some great ideas on the next edition of March 2015. After the meeting we went out for dinner at 'Le Nil'. My parents picked me up after dinner to go and visit my aunt. Sunday was the only day I got to sleep a little. I was so tired of this busy weekend. 

Hopefully I will have the time tomorrow to take some pictures. I'm now in my study mood for my upcoming exams in January. Wish me luck (and some dua's)!

I AM | Lifestyle - Preview 2e ALM edition

 If you follow my blog you would know that I work for AYA Lifestyle Magazine as a Fashion editor. Every edition I get to write a column about fashiontrends etc. This time we had a special edition shoot next to our regular shoot. We got to work with Sadoq Muslimah Fashionwear. I'm super excited about that shoot, it was magical!

I AM | Lifestyle - Winner of Love and Harmony giveaway

Hello hello!

 How are you guys doing? I'm doing great because for the first time of my life (Yes, the first) I won something. I'm usually not lucky with all those Instagram giveaways etc. but yeah, for everything a first time, I guess. I got to choose a necklace and I went for this pastel blue one.
